Platina is leveraging its technical expertise and experience to target 1 million ounce gold deposits at Xanadu in the Ashburton Basin and Challa in the Yilgarn Craton.

The company has acquired 100% of the advanced, high-grade, near surface Brimstone Gold Project, 40 km north-east of Kalgoorlie. This also includes full ownership of the nearby Beete, and Binti Binti gold projects. 

In August 2023, Platina announced that it has received US$8 million (~A$12.3 million) in cash from the sale of the Platina Scandium Project to a wholly owned subsidiary of Rio Tinto Ltd, less a US$1 million warranty retention payment which is re-payable by Rio Tinto after 30 months if there are no warranty breaches.

The company’s exploration focused investments Alien Metals Ltd (AIM:UFO), Blue Moon Zinc Corporation (TSXV:MOON), Major Precious Metals (CSE:SIZE) and Nelson Resources Limited (ASX: NES) offer significant value upside as they advance their early stage projects through exploration and feasibility towards development.
